This is an awesome fan-made Diablo 3 arcade cabinet by David0429. The arcade cabinet was built out of plywood, and comes with Diablo 3 themed decals on the surface. Most importantly, the talented crafter used a joystick and with a button and 10 buttons, and wrote an intermediate program in VB.NET to interface the controls with Diablo 3, so the arcade cabinet allows you to fully enjoy your favorite Diablo 3 video game.
